Manufacturer Warranty
Every product sold through ConcreteProDirect is covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty. Because we are an authorized dealer, your warranty is valid from the date of purchase — no grey-market exclusions.
- Husqvarna: 2-year limited warranty on most equipment; 1 year on consumable parts
- Diamond Products: 1-year limited warranty on machines; blade warranty varies by series
- Tomahawk Power: 1-year limited warranty on gas-powered equipment
Warranty claims are processed directly through the manufacturer. Contact us and we'll initiate the claim on your behalf.
30-Day Return Policy
Unused, undamaged items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Damaged Goods
All shipments are fully insured. If equipment arrives damaged:
- Photograph the damage before signing the delivery receipt (for LTL freight)

- We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no cost to you
