Manufacturer Warranty

Every product sold through ConcreteProDirect is sold with any applicable manufacturer warranty. Contact us for warranty details on a specific product.

  • Husqvarna: 2-year limited warranty on most equipment; 1 year on consumable parts
  • Diamond Products: 1-year limited warranty on machines; blade warranty varies by series
  • Tomahawk Power: 1-year limited warranty on gas-powered equipment

Warranty claims are processed directly through the manufacturer. Contact us and we'll initiate the claim on your behalf.

30-Day Return Policy

Unused, undamaged items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Non-Returnable

  • Fuel-filled engines
  • Special-order items (15% restock)

Damaged Goods

All shipments are fully insured. If equipment arrives damaged:
