2. Products & Pricing

All products listed on the Site are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to display accurate pricing, errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. Product images are provided by manufacturers and are for illustration purposes. Actual product appearance may vary.

3. Orders & Fulfillment

Placing an order on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Orders are fulfilled by our authorized manufacturer and distribution partners. You will receive email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships. Lead times are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of order for standard customers. Approved trade account holders receive Net-30 payment terms subject to credit approval. Late payments on trade accounts may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and ACH bank transfers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping policies are detailed on our Shipping Information page. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. ConcreteProDirect is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.

6. Returns & Warranty

Returns and warranty policies are detailed on our Returns & Warranty page. Products must be returned in original, unused condition within 30 days. Manufacturer warranties apply as specified by each brand. ConcreteProDirect facilitates but does not administer warranty claims.
