Free Freight on Orders $199+

Standard ground shipping is included at no charge on all orders over $199 to the contiguous United States (48 states). This applies to small parcel shipments via UPS or FedEx Ground. Orders under $199 ship for a flat rate of $9.95.

Lead Times

• In Stock: Ships same business day if ordered before 2:00 PM CT. Tracking emailed automatically.
• Available on Request: Ships in 5–10 business days direct from the manufacturer. We'll email confirmation with tracking once it ships.
• Special Order / Custom: 2–4 weeks depending on manufacturer lead time. Your account manager will provide a firm date before you commit.

LTL Freight for Heavy Equipment

Walk-behind saws, core drill rigs, ride-on trowels, and other heavy equipment typically ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight. LTL shipments include:

• Curbside delivery by freight carrier (liftgate service available on request)
• Full insurance coverage — inspect before signing
• Delivery within 5–10 business days depending on your location

LTL freight charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and delivery zip code. We'll contact you with the exact freight cost before processing payment on heavy items.

Fully Insured Shipments

All shipments — small parcel and LTL — are fully insured from warehouse to your door. If your equipment arrives damaged, photograph the damage before signing the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

We ship to all 50 US states. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may incur additional shipping charges. For Canadian or international orders, contact us for a custom freight quote.
