Ryan writes our most in-depth buying guides and comparison reviews, drawing on real-world jobsite experience with highway, commercial, and utility projects.

Mike brings 12 years of surface-prep expertise to ConcreteProDirect. Before joining our team he ran a concrete polishing crew across the Southeast, so he knows firsthand which grinders, vacuums, and diamond tooling deliver the best results. Mike is our go-to expert on OSHA silica-dust compliance, and he authors our surface-preparation guides and grinder cost analyses.

Tom has 10 years of experience in compaction and concrete placement equipment. He has supervised sub-base preparation on residential subdivisions, commercial pads, and municipal utility projects.
